The teammate who has left the biggest impression on me is my cousin Josh because he is the one who brought me to the game. Josh has inspired me to continue playing the game and continuing to improve.
PREP SPORTS: What is your favorite part of being on this team?
My favorite part about being on my team is the friends I have made. I have made so many new friends on my team and have built strong relationships that I will keep for the rest of my life. My coach has also been a favorite part of my team. He has helped me to improve my game and has supported me throughout my high school career in golf.
PREP SPORTS: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?
Golf has taught me many things that I use in my daily life. Golf has taught me to always have a great attitude whether or not your round or day is going bad. Golf has also taught me to be more confident. Being confident in everything that I do can lead me to being successful in any aspect of my life.
PREP SPORTS: What is the best advice that anyone has given you?
The best advice that anyone has ever given me is to always stay positive and confident no matter the situation you’re in.
PREP SPORTS: Who inspires you and why?
The person who inspires me is Justin Thomas. He is a professional golfer on the PGA Tour. He inspires me because he struggled towards the end of the season last season and he has fought his way out of it right now he is one of the best players in the PGA. He continued to fight out of his struggle and that is why he inspired me.
PREP SPORTS: Here is your chance to give a shoutout or say thank you to anyone you wish.
I would like to thank my whole family for supporting and providing for me throughout my high school career. I would like to thank my friends for supporting me and being some of my best friends in my life. I would also like to thank Coach Boyer for coaching me for these past couple years and helping me to improve my game.
